Our Quality Policy

As the ASİS UK Endüstriyel Muayene ve Belgelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. family, under the policies we have set within our Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, we commit to the following principles in our activities:

  • Protecting our company's reputation through the services we provide;
  • Upholding the principles of confidentiality, independence and impartiality in the testing, analysis, inspection, surveillance and audit sector we serve;
  • Meeting customer needs and expectations through services compliant with the relevant standards (TS EN ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 45001, TS EN ISO 14001, TS EN ISO/IEC 17020); instilling in all employees, through the necessary training, that the core objective is customer satisfaction; and valuing the needs and expectations of the natural environment alongside those of our customers;
  • Spreading quality, environmental and occupational health & safety awareness, ensuring all employees take part in setting and implementing objectives and targets, and fostering a spirit of teamwork;
  • Ensuring continual improvement of the management system for quality, environment and occupational health & safety;
  • Using our limited resources effectively and efficiently to raise our quality, environmental and OH&S performance; continuously monitoring and improving system performance through process audits, resolving non-conformities and taking the necessary measures;
  • Complying with legal requirements and other obligations — primarily NDK (nuclear regulatory) legislation — relating to environmental aspects and occupational health & safety hazards;
  • Raising the awareness of all stakeholders, especially our employees and suppliers;
  • Preventing environmental pollution at source where possible and, where not, keeping it under control and reducing it;
  • Providing a healthy and safe working environment by effectively applying occupational health & safety legislation, and preventing injuries, ill health, accidents and occupational diseases;
  • Making our employees a family that lives in harmony.

Note: These certificates show that ASİS UK's own management systems are certified. The TÜRKAK accreditation process for the organisation's inspection (ISO 17020) activity is ongoing separately; certification and laboratory services are delivered with accredited partners.
