Asis Uk Endüstriyel Muayene ve Belgelendirme Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, a Type A Inspection Body, hereby commits — across all services it provides — that:
- All service-providing departments are structured to ensure administrative and financial independence between them; inspection personnel shall not engage in any activity that may conflict with the independence and integrity of their judgement; the Body shall not be part of, or affiliated with, any legal entity that designs, manufactures, supplies, installs, purchases, owns, uses, or maintains the items it inspects; and no contractual obligations or other arrangements that could influence inspection outcomes shall exist with the legal entities receiving inspection services.
- No person, organization, or institution shall be discriminated against on any matter — particularly fee policy and decisions — and equal treatment shall be ensured.
- Services shall be delivered without discrimination, regardless of the applicant organization's size, number of employees, or membership in any group.
- At every stage of the services provided, the Body shall act in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, independence and transparency, in alignment with technological developments and internationally accepted new approaches.
- Risks threatening impartiality shall be identified and periodically reviewed; risk analyses shall be conducted and necessary measures taken. All threats to impartiality shall be evaluated by the Impartiality Safeguarding Committee, which convenes periodically and operates independently of top management.
- When accepting applications from persons or organizations requesting services, matters that may give rise to a conflict of interest with ASİS UK shall be analyzed before deciding whether to provide the service; customer satisfaction shall be the guiding principle in all activities, and the necessary resources shall be allocated accordingly.
- The financial resources required for efficient and sound operations shall be continuously safeguarded — including, where necessary, support from the personal assets of the company's shareholders — to ensure continuity.
- Any conduct that could harm the reputation of organizations with which we have a commercial relationship shall be avoided.
- Statutory requirements shall be observed at all times in the financial arrangements related to the services provided.
- Personnel, experts, and committee/board members involved in the services shall act independently, impartially, and objectively, free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that may influence their decisions; this shall be secured through the signing of the Personnel Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality Declaration.
- ASİS UK's Top Management shall exert no pressure or influence whatsoever on decisions taken in connection with the services provided.
- The fees received in return for the services provided shall be independent of the remuneration paid to personnel and committee/board members.
- All information, records, and documents belonging to organizations served — except for publicly available information — shall remain confidential, and their security shall be ensured. Such information may be shared with the accreditation body upon its request. Where disclosure is required by law, the Body shall act in accordance with applicable legal conditions and shall notify the organization concerned.
- ASİS UK shall grant no privileges to personnel who expand the customer portfolio, nor to personnel performing inspections, in proportion to the volume of inspection services; its personnel shall act impartially.
- In the event of a change in shareholding structure, top management shall not engage — together with any new legal entities — in any activity that could affect the impartiality, confidentiality, or independence of ASİS UK's inspection services.
The Body hereby accepts and undertakes to reflect the above in all its activities and ways of doing business, acting on the basis of impartiality, independence, and confidentiality.
