This website is operated by ASİS UK. Viewing any page of the site, submitting information through our forms, or creating a user account means that you have read and accepted the terms set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the site.

All text, imagery, logos, icons, video, software code, and digital assets on this site are owned by ASİS UK or its authorised licensors under applicable copyright and industrial property legislation.

Prohibited Uses

The following conduct is prohibited and, if detected, may result in restriction of your site access and the pursuit of legal remedies.

  • Attempts to bypass site security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, or tamper with the source code
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or similar harmful content

User Accounts and Security

Accounts created for the closed sections of the site (customer portal, staff bridge) may be used only by the account holder. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and authentication details confidential and for notifying our Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. All transactions performed through your account are deemed to have been carried out by the account holder unless proven otherwise.

Service Continuity and Disclaimer of Warranties

While we exercise reasonable care to operate the site uninterruptedly and without error, we remind you that outages may occur due to redundant infrastructure, third-party service providers, or force majeure. The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'; no express or implied warranty is given that the site is fit for a particular purpose or will operate uninterruptedly.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for direct damages is assessed in line with the limitations of your specific service agreement.

Indemnity

If ASİS UK or third parties suffer harm due to conduct contrary to these Site Terms, you agree to indemnify directly resulting damages, costs, and legal fees. This clause remains in force after the site is taken down or your account is cancelled.

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to amend these Site Terms in response to legislative changes or updates to our business processes. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on this page; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version. You can verify the version in force from the 'Last Updated' date at the top of the page.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Site Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this document; mandatory jurisdiction rules arising from consumer law are reserved.
